How is this different from the other online programs I’ve done before?
It sounds like you have done a few of these sorts of things—me too. I’ve participated in plenty of “free” challenges and courses and they’re usually worth what I paid for them! And so many “serious” programs I signed up for were SO darn serious, I dreaded doing the coursework.
I designed the Midlife Gameplan to be something you actually want to keep doing. It’s a step-by-step process, and I’ve even built in some catch-up time so you don’t ever have to feel overwhelmed. So if you’re worried that it won’t work for you, don’t be. If you commit to the process, your Midlife Gameplan will not let you down.
I’m pretty busy…how much time will this course take me every week?
That’s up to you. You can do the work on your own schedule, but my suggestion is to devote 10-30 minutes a day to the process. I have also included some small breaks to give you time to digest, assimilate, plan…or catch up if you need to.
We’ll even look at how the way you spend your time aligns with what matters to you most. That means you’ll actually get to create more spaciousness in your life—to be able to put your plan into action! There’s a good chance you’ll end up feeling like you have more time as you go from being busy to being happy!
Do I need to be at a certain stage of life for this to work?
Not at all! While I call it a Midlife Gameplan, I designed this program to work for anyone at any age.
What happens after I join?
I’ll send you a welcome email with instructions on how to access the materials we’ll be using to get started. After that, you’ll receive access to the videos, handouts and exercises. At the conclusion of the program, you and I will have a private session to process where you go from there.
