I confess I have been known to eat this for breakfast.

Yield: 2-3 servings 


High speed blender or food processor 


1 large avocado
1 additional avocado or a ripe banana
2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/8 teaspoon unrefined salt 

Place all ingredients into blender and puree until completely smooth. Chill before serving.
