While I was a health coach and taught cooking lessons, I amassed a huge library of recipes I love. The best ones are often the simplest…and this one here falls into that category. It’s a grand excuse to eat more fresh, raw vegetables and salad!
SWEET MISO DRESSING
Yield: 1/2 cup
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup coconut nectar or maple syrup
2 tablespoons white miso, unpasteurized
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Add water to consistency desired. (Can also be combined with a whisk.)
